How to Handle the Box

  2. Open the box, remove the white nets gently, and lay the mangoes out to breathe.
  3. If the skin is still firm and green-yellow, give them 1–2 days at room temperature.
  4. When a warm, sweet fragrance begins to fill the room — that is your signal. Chill for two hours and serve.
