At Mangoes Garden, we strive to ensure your mangoes and other products reach you fresh and in excellent condition. Please review our shipping policy below.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within Pakistan.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Harvest and seasonal availability

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Public holidays or unforeseen events

We appreciate your patience and understanding should such situations arise.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns and claims must be requested within 3 days after delivery.

Customers may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange only in the following situations:

  • Product arrives damaged

  • Product is spoiled upon delivery

  • Incorrect item was delivered

To process a claim, customers must provide clear photos of the product and packaging within 24–48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted without supporting photos or after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
